After a beautiful snowy holiday in Saskatchewan at Christmas (those pics to come...), we have really been missing snow in NY. Finally — Mother Nature tipped her hat our way! There was not a lot (esp. compared to our Northern experience), but fun was still had.
We spotted some adorable bird tracks in the snow... out for a walk, I guess!

Throwing the snow around. It was nice and fluffy due to the VERY cold day. (sometimes NY snow can be sort of wet).
Just so you can understand just HOW COLD it is: this park is ALWAYS packed with people. Except for us and a few other brave souls, the park was pretty much empty. Must be our Canadian roots!
